THE WINERY
The winery has long agricultural tradition that has been passed down for three generations in Brazzano, in the municipality of Cormons. Currently, the management of the winery is entrusted to Giorgio Deganis, the founder’s grandson and his wife Petra Lind, originally from Austria.
Petra and Giorgio make a perfect team. Together, with great enthusiasm and passion for our work, we are able to win over our national and international clients.
In recent years, we have conquered many new markets. We have built relationships and friendships with new clients, which gives us great confidence for our future.
Our company spans 8 hectares of vineyards, located entirely within the D.O.C. production areas of Collio and Isonzo. As members of the Collio Consortium, we diligently adhere to the production regulations for wines.
Located in the northeast of Friuli Venezia Giulia, Collio is a small hilly area at the border with Slovenia. The unique climatic conditions of this region, characterized by a breezy climate, gentle hills, and significant temperature variations, make Collio one of the most suitable areas for producing high-quality white wines.
The characteristic soil is composed of the so-called “ponca,” a sandy marl of Eocene origin resulting from millennia of sedimentation rich in salts and microelements. This peculiarity gives the wine a specific and unmistakable character.
The windy climate, the hills, and the temperature differences make Collio an ideal area for vinifying excellent indigenous white wines such as Tocai Friulano, Ribolla, and Malvasia, as well as international varieties like Sauvignon and Pinot Grigio. Our winery also produces two typical red wines: Merlot and Cabernet Franc.
The wines from our winery enjoy a recognized international reputation, and we currently export to Europe, the USA, and China.

Welcome to our agriturismo at the foot of the enchanting Collio hills, in the picturesque district of Brazzano in Cormòns. Our establishment, converted from an ancient rural house from the 19th century that has been carefully restored, offers an authentic and comfortable experience.
The 80 sqm apartment is bright and spacious, featuring a cozy living room with a kitchenette, two bedrooms (one of which is a double), a full bathroom, a panoramic balcony, and modern comforts such as heating, air conditioning, and satellite TV.
Our two double rooms, also carefully created from the original structure, provide intimacy and relaxation. Each room has a private bathroom, satellite TV, minibar, and air conditioning, ensuring a pleasant and worry-free stay.

Tasting of DOC Collio and IGT Wines for Groups in Friuli
We offer guided tasting experiences of our fine DOC Collio and IGT wines, ideal for groups of all sizes (up to 50 people).
The tastings take place in a charming room specifically dedicated for this purpose, or outdoors in our garden, under the cool cherry tree.
Upon request, the experience can be enriched with typical Friulian specialties, such as San Daniele Prosciutto, local cheeses, and cured meats, for a perfect pairing between our wines and the flavors of the region.
