FRIULANO
Friulano is a fascinating white wine that finds its roots in the picturesque hills of Friuli Venezia Giulia, a northeastern region of Italy. Also known as “Tocai Friulano,” this wine embodies the essence of the territory, bringing with it centuries of tradition and winemaking mastery.
Its brilliant golden hue catches the eye, anticipating a unique sensory experience. On the nose, Friulano gives a fragrant bouquet of white flowers, ripe peach and citrus notes, wrapped in subtle herbaceous accents that evoke the hilly landscape from which it comes.
In the mouth, this wine reveals a pleasant complexity. Its lively freshness is balanced by a fullness of body that envelops the palate with elegance. Flavors of light almonds, accompanied by nuances of green apple and pear, create a refined and persistent flavor profile.
Friulano is an ideal companion for Friulian and Mediterranean cuisine, with its versatility lending itself well to pairings with fresh cheeses, seafood, and fish dishes. Every sip of this wine tells the story of the land where it was born, giving an unforgettable experience to the palates that discover it.
