CHARDONNAY VITANOVA – MAGNUM
Chardonnay IGP Venezia Giulia VITANOVA is the authentic expression of an extraordinary land, where elegance, light, and substance meet in the heart of Brazzano di Cormons, in Friuli Venezia Giulia. It comes from young 4-year-old vineyards, trained using the Guyot system on pebbly and gravelly soils, which give the wine precision, finesse, and a natural sense of harmony. This is a Chardonnay that stylishly conveys the purity of the Friulian landscape, combining modern winemaking with true enological sensitivity.
The vinification process is designed to preserve both integrity and varietal identity: after mechanical harvesting, the grapes undergo destemming and gentle pressing, followed by static must clarification and fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. The subsequent aging in used 300-liter barriques enhances the wine’s profile with subtle nuances, never overshadowing its expressive brightness. The result is a white wine of remarkable balance, where technique and delicacy come together in a full, enveloping sip.
In the glass, it shows a bright straw yellow color. On the nose, it reveals delicate exotic aromas, with hints of ripe fruit and a subtle floral elegance. On the palate, it stands out for its softness, harmonious texture, and lingering finish, which accompanies each sip with natural refinement. It is a wine that does not seek excess, but instead seduces with restraint, depth, and style.
Perfect with fish appetizers, fish-based first courses, white meats, and truffle dishes, this Friulian Chardonnay IGP Venezia Giulia stands out for its character, balance, and charm. A wine created for those who appreciate classy white wines, capable of stirring emotion with discretion and leaving a clear, elegant, lasting impression.
